櫃列長度、直線櫃與端櫃
訂購單櫃前應先規劃整列配置，因為中島櫃通常是成列採購，而非逐台購買。直線櫃構成主要櫃列，端櫃則負責末端收尾，因此總長度是各單元長度加上預留間距的總和。請確認兩側為顧客保留的走道寬度，因為可繞行的展示櫃需要比靠牆櫃更多的通行空間。應詢問上蓋的滑動方式及開啟幅度：在較長的櫃列中，半長式滑動上蓋可讓員工從任一端取放商品，無須繞到另一側。請說明櫃列長度、周邊設備高度，以及櫃體是否必須與相鄰展示設備對齊，使整條走道呈現連續一致的配置。
抽屜、籃筐與裝載方式
選擇機型前，應先決定冷凍商品在櫃內的擺放方式，因為抽屜與籃筐配置會影響可用容量及員工補貨速度。抽屜適合存放展示層下方的備用庫存，員工可將整個區段拉出補貨；籃筐與隔板則適合需要分類存放的混合商品。請確認內部深度，以及人員從側面可觸及的距離，因為空櫃時容易裝貨的深櫃，裝滿後可能不便操作。應詢問展示層的支撐方式，以及是否可拆起清潔。請說明商品組合及必須直立擺放的包裝尺寸，因為這些條件比標稱容量更能決定內部高度與隔板配置。
冷凍保存、除霜與上蓋凝露
中島式冷凍櫃在冷凍溫度下運作，因此除霜方式與上蓋凝露屬於產品規格，而非僅是維修細節。請確認機型採用自動除霜或手動週期除霜，因為手動除霜必須由門市團隊負責，並配合營業時間安排。可繞行櫃體的玻璃上蓋處於低溫潮濕的交界環境，因此應確認凝露控制方式：在溫暖或潮濕的店內，上蓋起霧會妨礙顧客看清展示商品。請詢問融霜水與冷凝水如何排至排水口或蒸發盤，並確認其排放路徑不會穿越走道。請說明店內可能達到的環境溫度與濕度，以及櫃體是否靠近門口或處於風口，因為這三項因素都會影響設備的運轉負荷。
安裝、清潔與出口細節

常見問題
What temperature do island display freezers hold?
Island freezers are built for frozen display, and the exact range is confirmed against the selected model, the product and the store conditions rather than published as one number for the family. Tell us the product, the holding time and the ambient conditions in the store, and the required range is confirmed in the quotation.
Can an island freezer be used as a chiller instead?
No. Frozen display and chilled display use different component sets, defrost strategies and lid design, and a cabinet specified for one duty will not hold the other reliably. If you need chilled walk-around display, describe the application and the appropriate platform is quoted instead.
Why do the glass lids mist up, and how is that avoided?
Lid condensation follows from the temperature difference and the humidity in the store. It is managed through the lid and frame design rather than by a single feature, so state the store humidity and whether the position is near a door or in a draught when you enquire. The suitable configuration is confirmed per project.
Can the length, drawer layout or logo be customized?
Custom work can cover cabinet length, drawer and basket layout, interior finish, and logo marking. Electrical configuration for the destination market can also be handled in an OEM project. Each request is reviewed against the model platform before it is confirmed.
What should be included in an inquiry?
Run length and how the run is closed, aisle width, drawer or basket layout, product mix and pack sizes, store ambient temperature and humidity, voltage and plug type, quantity, and the destination market. A plan of the aisle reduces the number of clarification rounds.
