Shipping and delivery
Equipment is produced in Foshan, Guangdong, China and shipped from the port confirmed with your order. We state the shipping method, port of loading and the estimated schedule in the order confirmation, so nothing depends on an assumption made at the enquiry stage.
- Normal production planning is 15–30 days depending on the model and the quantity ordered; the confirmed schedule is written into the order confirmation.
- EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms can be quoted — tell us the destination port and we quote the term that matches your customs and delivery arrangements.
- We can ship on your nominated forwarder account and hand over the documents you need for import clearance.
OEM and customization
Units can be produced with your brand label, your voltage and plug configuration, your shelf layout, interior colour and controller choice. Customization scope and any minimum quantity are confirmed per model before the order is placed.
- Drawings, label artwork and packing marks are approved by you before production starts.
- A sample or pre-production unit can be arranged when the project needs one; tell us the model and configuration and we confirm the arrangement with the quotation.
- Voltage, frequency and plug configuration are confirmed per model and destination market, and are stated on the order confirmation.
Certificates and market documents
Certification is confirmed for the exact model and destination market rather than for the catalogue as a whole. Tell us the model, voltage and destination country and we state in writing which documents apply, then send the applicable files with the quotation.
- ISO 9001 applies to the shared quality management system; it is not an individual product certificate and it is not a statement that every catalogue item is approved for every market.
- Certificate files can be reviewed before you order — tell us the model and destination country.
- The documents are issued by the testing and certification bodies named on each certificate, and the holder named on the document is stated as it appears.
Warranty and after-sales support
The warranty scope, the covered components and the spare-parts arrangement are written into the order contract for your configuration, so the commitment you receive matches the unit you buy.
- Units are supplied with the operating and installation information needed for commissioning.
- When a service question comes up, send the model, serial number, photos and a short description of the fault; our technical team works through the diagnosis with you.
- Spare parts and consumable components are confirmed per model — tell us what your service team wants to keep in stock and we quote it with the order.
Order and payment process
The order starts with the application: what you are cooling or freezing, the temperature, the space, the voltage and the daily load. We confirm the model and configuration, then issue a proforma invoice with the specification, price, lead time and trade term for your approval.
- Production is scheduled after the deposit is received.
- Inspection is arranged before shipment when you want it.
- The balance is settled against the shipping documents as agreed in the contract; the payment method is agreed in the contract, so tell us what your finance team requires.
- The quotation states the model, configuration, trade term, price and the documents supplied with the shipment, so the scope is clear before you order.
Export packing and container loading
Units are packed for sea freight with export-grade fumigation-free pallets or plywood cases, protective film on stainless surfaces and bracing that keeps the cabinet from moving inside the container.
- Packing marks are confirmed with your order.
- The loading quantity for a 20ft or 40ft container depends on the model and the packing method, and is confirmed with the quotation — tell us the model and container type.
Inspection before shipment
Inspection covers materials, sheet-metal work, foaming, assembly, electrical safety, refrigeration operation, appearance, accessories, labeling and export packing. Each item is checked against the approved specification for your order.
- You or your nominated inspection agent are welcome to inspect the units before shipment; tell us the date and we arrange access and the units for review.
- The inspection record can be supplied with the shipping documents.
Spare parts and consumables
Spare parts are confirmed per model. Common consumable items such as door gaskets, shelf clips and controllers can be ordered with the shipment so the first service does not wait for an international parcel.
- The parts supplied with the unit depend on the model and are listed on the order confirmation.
- To order consumable parts later, send the model and the part name or a photo; we confirm the correct part for your unit and quote it together with the shipping options.
