How scope is confirmed
Certification is a matter of model and market, not of a catalogue in general. When you order, we confirm in writing which documents apply to the exact model, voltage, plug configuration and destination country you are buying for, and we send the corresponding files with the quotation.
ISO 9001 applies to the shared quality management system. It is not an individual product certificate, and it is not a statement that every catalogue item is certified for every country.
