This Shehope cabinet is built as a stainless steel unit with a full-height door that opens to reveal horizontal tray slides running the depth of the interior. A second door closes the cabinet, each fitted with a long vertical handle. A digital control panel with an illuminated readout sits on the lower front section, above a run of louvered ventilation grilles. Four castors support the base, letting the unit be moved into position. Its tall, tray-based interior points to commercial kitchen, bakery or food processing use where loaded trays go straight in.
